What is the term for super sensitive skin that is triggered by physical pressure?

the skin is normal but once comes to physical contact and pressure, the skin then elevates, becomes red and hot like it's inflamed but eventually subsides after a couple of minutes or hours depending on how hard the physical pressure is and returns to it's normal state.
