My Dog is in heat, but i'd like some more info.?

My Dog Miya is about 9 months old and is in heat. I know this because as i was feeding her i noticed her vulva was bigger and as i looked closer i noticed it was bleeding and inflamed. I have been waiting for her to go into heat for awhile and i know the dog i'm going to breed her with he is older then her but not by much. She is a beagle lab mix but mostly beagle and i have no clue what her mate's breed is. I was wondering how long will the heat process take? and when while in heat will she be able to mate and make babies. What else will happen while she is in heat? And if she gets pregnant how long will it take for her to have her babies? should i bring her inside when she should be around her time to give birth? please anymore info. and no links
