Is it a yeast infection?

i just finished my period. while i was wearing a panty liner i started to feel some itching an irritation down there. i took it out but still felt irritated and itchy ever since. i guess i can say i am a little inflamed, but that could be just from the irritation. however, my discharge is normal.
